6、（ ）評估第三四六對神經，進行平視檢查，請個案的眼睛跟著檢查者的手指移動，頭部可以跟著轉動，觀察眼球六條肌肉的走向。

7、（ ）評估第五對三叉神經，進行頷反射檢查，請個案嘴巴微開，檢查者一手拿叩診槌平面端測試，一手放在個案下巴關節處，輕敲後觀察頷反射情形。

8、（ ）評估第五對三叉神經，進行輕觸覺檢查，請個案閉上眼睛，準備棉枝前面搓成鬚狀，先劃左臉在劃右臉，觀察臉部三個區域對輕觸覺反應。

9、（ ）評估第五對三叉神經，進行角膜反射檢查，請個案眼睛直視前方，以棉枝在眼睛前面，從內向外快速掃過，觀察雙眼是否有眨眼情形。

10、（ ）評估第七對顏面神經，請個案用力閉緊眼睛，檢查者用手指撐開，若緊閉的雙眼無法用手撐開，表示個案的眼部肌肉正常。

11、（ ） 評估第七對顏面神經，進行舌前三分之二味覺檢查，請個案閉上眼睛，用棉枝將糖、醋、鹽依序沾在舌尖上，觀察個案回答是否正確。

12、（ ）評估第八對聽神經，進行聽錶測試，請個案遮住一側耳朵，檢查者將手錶緩緩移開個案耳朵，直到個案表示沒聽到聲音為止，測量耳朵與手錶之間距離，觀察兩側耳朵聽力是否對稱。

13、（ ）評估第八對聽神經，進行偉伯測試，檢查者將音叉在手掌心敲擊，手握住音叉的上端，放在個案頭部兩側對稱的骨頭上，詢問個案聽到聲音大小是否對稱。

14、（ ）評估第八對聽神經，進行任內測試，檢查者將音叉在手掌心敲擊，放在耳朵的乳突處做骨傳導，當個案表示聲音消失時，將音叉Ｕ型面朝向個案，至耳朵前面做空氣傳導。

15、（ ）一般而言，空氣傳導和骨傳導時間比例大約是二比一。
